Using Our Submission Form For the First Time

If you are a college student who has played on a team and can explain a training tip using our "How To" form, we want to work with you!

CampusAthletes.com is a new knowledge sharing site that allows former and current athletes to demonstrate what they have learned on and off the field. Our "How-to" videos are short 1-2 minute videos that teach a sports technique or give advice on choosing the best training gear.

We work with former and current athletes, not pro writers. You need not have superb writing skills to share what you learned on the field.

If chosen, you will be invited to a professional video shoot - at which you you can choose to physically demonstrate or verbally explain sports fundamentals on camera. You are paid for appearing in videos and for submitting How-to's (but we do not compensate you for the first How-to you submit.) There is no cost to you for participating in our shoots.

Athletes Choose Topics

Athletes are able to choose from 2,100 sports training topics (login required), categorized by sport. If selected, the athlete is invited to a shoot at which the topic he or she chose in created into a professional video in which they appear.

Some athletes feel comfortable speaking on camera and others do not. Athletes can choose to talk in the video or they can only demonstrate a technique - and not talk.

Topics are usually fundamental sports concepts that are easy to explain if you have played on a sports team.

A preview of topics available to athletes is below...

Athletes Use Our Form to Explain Their Chosen Topic

Our Online form (login required) allows you a simple way to publish a step-by-step "How-to" on CampusAthletes.com. Every topic's title begins with "How to..." and must be described in sequential steps. Don't worry about perfect grammar or spelling... just unload all you know about the topic.

(The text you submit must be original and must not be copied from other websites.)

- we have professional editors who will clean it up and make your "How-to" look great, but you need to create the first draft without our help.

The most important part of the form is being detailed by adding as many "steps" you can think of. Tip: Pretend the person reading your topic has never played your sport.

You can get help from any friend or have someone else write it for you, but these must be considered "your words" because you will be listed as the source for this what you submit.

What Happens If You Are Selected?

After you create the initial text, our staff will review it and check it for plagiarism and tell you if you have been selected. Then, you get paid for every topic you add to the site...

...and you get paid again - if you appear in a video that we make of your topics.

Are you ready to get started? Begin by Choosing a topic (login required). If you have not already created a profile, you will need to create one before being able to choose a topic.

  • Shoot Prep

After working with thousands of new models and college students, we know the concerns, issues and questions many new models have before their first photo shoot. It is normal for even the most macho guy to be nervous prior to his first shoot. We compiled all this training info into “ShootPrep” – our dedicated site for training models with whom we work.

Our photographer uses ShootPrep.com to train new models before their photo sessions.
